30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window, beginning from the date your item shows as delivered by the shipping carrier. To be eligible, your item must be unworn or unused, in its original condition with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
All returns must be pre-approved. Please do not send any items back without authorization — unapproved returns will not be accepted and cannot be refunded.
- Email us at support@acc.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, send you a Return Authorization email with further instructions.
- Once you receive your Return Authorization, ship the item back to us in its original packaging. The item must arrive at our return facility within the 30-day window.
Items not returned in their original packaging will be subject to a partial refund of 70% of the product cost. We do not provide return shipping labels.
